Join Nia Black Belt Rebecca Kelly for 1 hour and 45 minutes in a Nia Masterclass. This special extended Classic Nia class experience is for Every Body - all ages and fitness levels. New to Nia dancers and experienced students are welcome. 

Rebecca will take you on a transformational dance journey. Crafted with a beautiful musical soundscape, the class is guaranteed to uplift, move and inspire you! We will move for approximately an hour followed by a deeply restorative and extended cool down to integrate the movement, music and magic.
