It’s time to dance with the Dragon!
The Nia routine Dragon, that is.
This is an enduringly popular Nia routine, that has powerful and unique dragon and Asian imagery and music. This body of work will be led by Black Belt Nia teacher Fiona Glenn, and is guaranteed to warm you up and have you feeling energised, satisfied and at the same time calm and whole.
This is for Every Body - of all ages and fitness levels. New to Nia dancers and experienced students are welcome.
Feel free to wear any exercise or comfortable clothing that makes you feel good and free to move. Bring along a water bottle.
Nia is designed to be practised barefoot. If there are physical reasons not to practise barefoot, soft sole shoes can be worn.
